Over human history, certain people have manifested extraordinary abilities. Known colloquially in America as supers, the latter half of the twentieth century has been marred by pro-super and anti-super violence, the bloodiest of these conflicts taking place in Washington D.C. The federal agency Omicron is tasked with policing all super related terrorism. Their long time enemy Upsilon promotes an agenda of super superiority. The more recently emerged League of Ordinary Leaders condemns supers as freaks and works through both political and vigilante means to combat the so-called ‘super threat’. Caught in the crossfire are the many civilians who still live in the nation’s capitol, some of them just average citizens trying to keep their head down, some vigilantes with their own views and codes. The question, however, is clear:
whose side will you be on?
